Event Rules
Outside Events
- Cleats Only
- No Track Spikes Allowed
- All Outside Events will take place on grass
- Forty Yard Sprint
- No Rolling Starts.
- Hand behind start line.
- You will race against clock.
- Two Attempts.
- Broad Jump
- Two foot jump.
- Feet behind line.
- Measure to back heel.
- L-Drill
- Start behind line.
- Sprint five yards and touchline with hand.
- Sprint back to start line and touch line with hand.
- Sprint back and go around cone 2.
- Sprint to and circle cone 3.
- Sprint back to and go around cone 2.
- Sprint to the finish.
Inside Events
- Bench Press
(135 lbs. underclassmen, 185 lbs. seniors)
- Judge will tell you to start.
- Butt must stay on bench.
- Feet must stay on floor.
- Bar must touch the chest.
- Arms must lock out on every repetition.
- If the bar is touched the event is over.
- Height
- No Shoes
- Weight
- T-Shirt and Shorts only.
In the case of rain, all events will take place indoors. The 40 yard sprint will become a 20 yard sprint.
Parents must remain on track. No parents will be allowed inside.
